A wellness revolution. 5,000 years in the making.

Ayurveda, which means “knowledge of life” in Sanskrit, is the world’s oldest wellness system. Developed by sages in India, it originates from the Vedas, the same ancient texts that gave us yoga, combining science and nature to deliver sustainable, holistic health and happiness. By harmonizing the body, mind, and spirit, Ayurveda restores the whole self, rather than delivering a singular, superficial benefit.

In an ever-more-chaotic world, this ancient practice has become a revolution, with its teachings practiced globally by billions.

Master the Basics

Ether, air, fire, water, earth. According to Ayurveda, these five elements are the building blocks of the universe. They are present in everything, from the cells in our bodies to the food we consume. They are what connect individuals to each other, nature, and the universe. By studying these elemental powers and their interactions, we can improve our holistic health and live in harmony with our surroundings.

Ayurveda groups these elements into three distinct bio-energies, known as doshas. There are three doshas. Vata (ether + air), Pitta (fire + water), and Kapha (water + earth). Learn about your own unique bio-energy by taking the dosha quiz.
