Ether, air, fire, water, earth. According to Ayurveda, these five elements are the building blocks of the universe. They are present in everything, from the cells in our bodies to the food we consume. They are what connect individuals to each other, nature, and the universe. By studying these elemental powers and their interactions, we can improve our holistic health and live in harmony with our surroundings.
